Non-alcoholic melon cocktail

Melony refreshment on Frisian tart

We've created some great non-alcoholic drinks for you. (If you prefer alcoholic drinks, you can of course also use Jever Pilsener).

Ingredients:

Jever Fun (alcohol free) 200 ml
Watermelon 200 ml
Agave syrup 1 TL
Lime 1
Branches of fresh thyme 4
Ice cubes

Preparation

1. Cut lime in half and squeeze juice.

A metal lemon squeezer with a half-squeezed lime sits on a wooden surface next to a whole lime.

2. Cut watermelon into slices, remove peel, seed and dice the flesh.

A bowl of cubed watermelon sits on a wooden table next to melon rinds and seeds.

3. Place watermelon, lime juice and agave syrup in a blender or smoothie maker and puree.

A bowl of cubed watermelon sits beside a sliced lime and a small jug of juice on a wooden table.

4. Strain the liquid through a sieve.

A red smoothie is strained through a sieve into a white bowl on a wooden surface.

5. Put ice cubes in a glass, pour watermelon juice and non-alcoholic beer into the glass, decorate with thyme and enjoy!
