Fish sandwich


Soused herring 1
Red onion 1
Balsamic vinegar
White bread roll 1
Crème fraiche
Apple 1


  1. Cut two thick slices of red onion, cover in sugar and caramelise on both sides in a pan.
  2. Douse in balsamic vinegar and allow to steep briefly.
  3. Slice a roll in half and spread crème fraiche on the bottom half.
  4. Then place a lettuce leaf and the herring on the roll.
  5. Cut the apple in thin slices/sticks and place on top of the herring.
  6. Place the stewed onions on the herring and pour over the stock from the pan.
  7. Place the other half of the roll on top and take a big bite. Bon appétit!
